PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) COORDINATOR
The Preventative Maintenance (PM) Coordinator ensures continuity in all critical internal and client touch points between clients, technicians, and AFO. This position is focused on the accuracy and timeliness of internal processes, client deliverables, and scheduling technicians.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer Service experience required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create tasking forms, including mail merging to TechAnywhere and emailing completed tasking to clients.
Thoroughly review all aspects of written contracts to ensure a complete understanding of the terms and conditions. Accurately input contract details into the Sampro system to enable effective execution by operations team.
Maintain equipment and materials in Sampro.
Maintain Customer information in Sampro.
Process Preventive Maintenance billings for multiple Regions.
Enter and maintain budgets for multiple Regions.
Ensure completion of forms following company procedures.
Create and update client profiles in FMAnyhwere as needed.
Update client-based portals with current information and invoices as necessary, including Sampro, Intercompany Tool, PaymodeX, Corrigo, and others.
Undertake other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.

COMPENSATION:$22.00 - $25.00 /hourly
